Oh!  Who Said We're Perfect?!

Just a Mess

My room is a mess.

Just look. It’s a mess.

Big piles everywhere.

Bed, dresser, heater, chair!

Just a big mess everywhere!

My Cousin Andrea

Fighting and screaming and

“Oh no you didn’ts!”

“Get out of my room, you bug,”

No hugs, no kisses, no wishes.

“Oh what a cousin I have!”

 Teacher’s Lunch

Super-de-Flu!!

Green colored toenails,

Slimy, slimy, gooey snails—

A huge hunk of butter,

a rusty old cookie cutter.

I’m almost finished.

So I’ll throw in some mud,

And I won’t mind some extra blood.

Last, I’ll throw in some glue.

The next day,

She’ll come down with the flu.

Arguing

Me and my sister fight and fuss.

Even before we get on the bus.

We get in trouble, and my mom yells stop!

We still argue and yell a lot!

Things my sister and I get in trouble for:

arguing, fighting, and hitting the door.

She’s the big sister and I’m the little brother.

So we know not to argue,

because WE LOVE each other.

The Bother

She tugs me

She pulls me

She always annoys me

She kicks me

She punches me

I will never adore thee.

If I could only ignore her

            I’d be happy. But I can’t.

            She’s too LOUD!

My Sister

Don’t count on meeting her.

You won’t like your stay.

All she does is bug you

in a weird kind of way.

Yes, she can be mean.

But, she can get you mad.

She can be funny sometimes,

Don’t count on her making you glad.
