Thanksgiving

Everyone gathers ‘round the table,

Let’s start the Thanksgiving feast.

Stuff your mouth with turkey,

Thanksgiving is here.

      Thank You

Thank you for the food

you give to me.

It smells so good it

makes my mouth so watery.

It looks so delicious

and it’s very tasty.

Good Old Thanksgiving

Good old Thanksgiving is here.

I could think about it already.

Snatching the drinks,

spying the turkey,

Sipping on turkey.

Listening to the football games

and

enjoying Thanksgiving by

sniffing sweet pumpkin pie.

But my Thanksgiving is never over.

It’s like a factory working day and night.

Thanksgiving Is Here

Thanksgiving is here!  Thanksgiving is here!

I hear people laughing with happiness.

I smell the delicious cornbread in the oven.

I taste the fat turkey water in my mouth.

I see the peas steam from the pots.

I touch the apple pies on the kitchen table.

Thanksgiving is here!  Thanksgiving is here!

The Feast

The feast is here.

The turkey’s fat.

Can’t you smell the pie?

The dinner’s done.

The meal’s begun.

I’d rather eat than die!

Thanksgiving Day

I see

the fresh baked turkey.

I hear

the children outside.

I smell

the food on the table.

I taste

the food in my mouth.

Life is good.

I'm Thankful For

I’m thankful for my house and bed

I’m thankful for my legs and head.

I’m thankful for my family and friends.

I’m thankful for the nurse’s who mend.

I’m thankful for fruit and meat.

I’m hungry, now can we eat!

 Thanksgiving

Thank you for all the interesting food,

            Turkey, stuffing, muffins, corn.

Thank you for all my ears can hear,

Bear, birds, chirping duck and deer.

Thank  you Squanto for this holiday

            We call Thanksgiving.

Thanksgiving Turkey

Bash,

            Crash,

                        Smash!

The turkey decided to dash!

Out of the oven he flew covered the kitchen with goo!

He decided he wasn’t able to lay on top of the feasting table.

Fly, High, Bye!

The turkey flew up to the sky!

Sad,

            Bad,

Mad!          Everybody hungry

                     especially Dad.
