Weather: sunny, warm and partly cloudy, thunder storm earlier in the afternoon

Under Body Temperature 83.6OF
Soil Temperature (4 cm depth) 76.2OF
Maggot Mass Temperature 106.5OF

     Observations:

    The deer corpse has under gone significant changes since last Friday. It is no longer bloated. It purged all the gas and liquid contents . It has moved into active decay and black putrefaction. The larvae are very active as you can see from the mini movie.
