Science classes are investigating Death Scenes,
stages of decomposition, and Forensic Entomology.
The
Archaeology Dig will be from Thurs. thru Mon., 5/3 -5/7, all students should
plan to go outside and work in the excavation. Students should wear appropriate
clothing and shoes for kneeling and walking on the soil.

Breaking glass video 1/19/07:
Forensics students fractured various types of glass in order to reconstruct the typical fracture pattern for each glass type. In this video you will see a demonstration of the breaking of tempered or safety glass. Notice how the glass fractures into small cube shaped pieces.
